FAQ
These answers keep the trial grounded in the current product wedge: one issue, 10-20 redacted artifacts, one reviewer, one reviewed pack.
You should know what the current prototype supports and what it does not promise.
Is Company Brain a chatbot?
No. The trial is not a chat-with-your-docs experience. It extracts structured, reviewable operational knowledge for one issue pack.
Do we need live integrations?
No. The current trial prefers upload, drag-and-drop, folder upload where supported, and pasted text. Live integrations are intentionally out of scope unless explicitly requested for a paid pilot.
How many artifacts should we bring?
Bring 10-20 redacted artifacts for one issue. That is usually enough to show repeated patterns, contradictions, and missing rules without turning the trial into broad cleanup.
Can we upload PDFs, DOCX files, or ZIP exports?
Text-layer PDFs with selectable text are parsed in the browser. Scanned PDFs are not OCRed, and DOCX or ZIP files remain metadata-only, so provide text-like exports or paste the important readable text when those files matter.
Who approves the output?
One designated reviewer or process owner approves, edits, rejects, or marks items as needs edit. Draft output is not approved policy until that review happens.
Does Company Brain publish directly into our tools?
No. The current product exports reviewed output for your team to move into the right help center, playbook, macro system, or internal docs workflow.
