Request scoping help

Tell us which team needs help, what source material is available, and who could review the resulting drafts.

Name the team, queue, lifecycle stage, operating area, or policy domain. Example: support refund escalations, onboarding handoffs, renewal exception approvals, or duplicate billing tickets.

This can include tickets, macros, SOP pages, CRM notes, call transcripts, chat exports, or handoff notes from the same team or operating area.

Ordinary confidential operational material is supported. Choose sanitized only when your company policy requires it.

Trial boundaries

  • Guided scoping is for source material from one team or function, one reviewer, and one reviewed operational knowledge pack.
  • Sanitized examples are acceptable, but normal business documents do not need to be manually sanitized before upload.
  • Ordinary confidential operational material from that team is OK. Do not share secrets, credentials, payment data, regulated health, legal, or financial data, private employee records, highly confidential strategy, special-compliance material, or anything your company cannot share.
