Apply to turn one recurring issue into a reviewed pack.

Bring a named support or onboarding issue, 10-20 redacted artifacts if you can, and one reviewer who owns the process. If accepted, you will process that issue into a source-backed pack your team can review and reuse.

Use a public personal profile so the Company Brain team can verify the right follow-up contact for a controlled trial.

Example: refund escalations, failed onboarding handoffs, renewal exception approvals, or duplicate billing tickets.

Choose real examples if actual docs, exports, or transcripts are okay. Choose sanitized only if names, customer details, or sensitive facts must be removed or replaced first.

Artifacts can be redacted tickets, macros, SOP pages, CRM notes, call transcripts, chat exports, or handoff notes about the same recurring issue.

Trial security boundaries

  • Sanitized examples are acceptable; remove customer names, account numbers, secrets, regulated data, and private employee details before sharing material.
  • We store application details so we can review fit and set up invite-only access.
  • Upload operational files only after suitable security and handling terms are agreed for sensitive, regulated, or confidential data.
