Company Brain

AI drafts. Someone responsible inside your company approves. No credit card needed.

Start with one important area of company knowledge.

Upload or paste the relevant tickets, docs, macros, notes, transcripts, or exports. Company Brain drafts operating instructions and flags missing, conflicting, or outdated guidance. The person inside your company responsible for this knowledge decides what is correct before anything is approved.

Add files or paste source material first. Company Brain asks for work email only when you start extraction or save progress. Trial help below explains fit, source choices, limits, and restricted material boundaries. You can also read the trial FAQ or review data handling and security.

Knowledge-pack input

Add source material

Add the docs, tickets, Slack/Teams exports, CRM notes, support macros, FAQs, onboarding docs, or call transcripts that already exist for this knowledge area. It may belong to one team or span functions when the sources and approval authority are clear. Company Brain will draft SOPs, decision rules, gaps, conflicts, FAQs, and reusable guidance for approval.

Company Brain can handle confidential operational materials from one bounded knowledge area, so normal business documents do not need manual sanitization first. Do not upload secrets, credentials, payment data, regulated health, legal, or financial data, private employee records, highly confidential strategy, special-compliance material, or anything your company cannot share under its own obligations. This early trial stores source metadata, short text previews, generated output packs, and review edits; it does not include enterprise DLP or automated redaction.

Fast text-like: TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML, VTT/SRT. Parsed with caveats: text-layer PDFs, readable DOCX files, supported text-like ZIP entries.

Scanned PDFs are not OCRed; scanned PDF, protected or image-only DOCX, unsafe, nested, encrypted, corrupt, password-protected, too-large, or unsupported ZIP content is skipped or failed clearly.

Prototype limits: 50.0 MB per file, 250.0 MB total, 20 staged files.

You can paste snippets and upload files in the same knowledge-pack request.

Source setup

Tell us what these sources cover.

Public starts are capped at 20 files, 250.0 MB raw upload, and 500,000 readable characters. If the material spans multiple owners or workflows, split it before extraction.

Staged material

0 files, 0 pasted characters. When you start, Company Brain processes this source set into one draft pack after collecting work email and consent.

Trial help

Not sure what to include?

Start with one important knowledge area and the sources that help explain it. Name the person inside your company who can decide which instructions are correct.

Still unsure after reviewing this? email Company Brain with the knowledge boundary and source types only. Do not include or attach source content, passwords, verification links, or session details.

Confirm fit

  • Choose one bounded knowledge area, policy, process, workflow, or source selection.
  • Name the person or role inside your company responsible for deciding which guidance is correct.

Choose sources

  • Use existing tickets, macros, SOP drafts, call transcripts, CRM notes, docs, or exported threads relevant to the same knowledge area.
  • Aim for enough relevant records to show repeated patterns; a smaller messy sample is enough to start.

Keep data in bounds

  • Ordinary confidential operational material is allowed when it fits one bounded knowledge area.
  • Do not upload secrets, credentials, payment data, regulated health, legal, or financial data, private employee records, highly confidential strategy, special-compliance material, or anything your company cannot share.

Know file limits

  • Fast text-like files parse directly: TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML, VTT/SRT.
  • Parsed with caveats: text-layer PDFs, readable DOCX files, supported text-like ZIP entries.
  • Not silently parsed: scanned PDF, protected or image-only DOCX, unsafe, nested, encrypted, corrupt, password-protected, too-large, or unsupported ZIP content.

Finish the loop

  • Upload or paste sources, start extraction, then review each draft item.
  • Approve, edit, reject, or mark needs edit before exporting the reviewed operational knowledge pack and sharing post-export feedback.

Upload boundary

Use ordinary operational files from one bounded knowledge area.

Fast text-like files

These parse directly in the current upload flow: TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML, VTT/SRT.

Parsed with caveats

Company Brain also parses text-layer PDFs, readable DOCX files, supported text-like ZIP entries. It does not OCR scanned PDFs, and scanned PDF, protected or image-only DOCX, unsafe, nested, encrypted, corrupt, password-protected, too-large, or unsupported ZIP content is skipped or failed clearly. Ordinary confidential operational material is allowed when it fits this bounded knowledge area. Ask before sharing anything restricted.
