Company Brain product docs

Company Brain turns one team's scattered tickets, macros, notes, transcripts, and docs into a source-backed pack of SOPs, rules, gaps, and conflicts for one owner to review and export.

In a few minutes, you should know what to upload, what your reviewer needs to check, and what you get back.

What Company Brain is

Company Brain extracts structured operational knowledge from real team records. The output is a draft pack: SOPs, decision rules, gaps, conflicts, support macro drafts, internal FAQ entries, and optional reusable team guidance.

  • Use it when recurring support, onboarding, RevOps, or operations work is handled inconsistently or depends too much on memory.
  • Use it when the correct process is spread across tickets, macros, Slack or Teams exports, CRM notes, docs, transcripts, and memory.
  • Use it when one human owner can review the result before the team relies on it.

What Company Brain is not

Company Brain is deliberately narrow in the current trial. It is not a generic chatbot, enterprise search product, wiki, broad automation platform, workflow execution engine, or full company knowledge graph.

If the problem is broad company-wide cleanup, start smaller. Pick one team, function, queue, or operating area with a clear owner and a related set of source material.

The trial shape

  1. 1

Scope one team or operating area

Name the team or function, the source boundary, the reviewer, the expected use this week, and what goes wrong when this work is mishandled.

  2. 2

    Bring existing source files

Upload or paste the tickets, macros, notes, transcripts, exported threads, and current docs from that team or operating area.

  3. 3

    Review the draft pack

Approve, reject, edit, or mark extracted items as needs edit. Draft output is not approved policy.

  4. 4

    Export what was reviewed

Finalize approved items into a clean output pack and export Markdown or browser PDF for your help center, internal playbook, or onboarding docs.
